What We're Looking For
Non-participating royalty interests, overriding royalties, and fee minerals in the Permian, Delaware, DJ, and Powder River basins. We underwrite at the tract level and close without contingencies.
Non-operated working interests in active development programs. We prefer positions alongside operators with proven track records in the target formation.
Joint ventures, co-investment structures, and acquisition partnerships with aligned capital. We are open to creative deal structures when the geology is right.
