Hadrian Resources

Basin Coverage

Four Basins. One Standard.

We operate where the geology is proven, the operators are accountable, and the production history is deep enough to underwrite with conviction.

01

Permian Basin

West Texas

Target Formations

Spraberry / Wolfcamp / Bone Spring

Key Operators

Pioneer, Diamondback, Coterra, Occidental

The Permian remains the most productive and most actively developed basin in North America. Hadrian focuses on Midland and Delaware sub-basin acreage with demonstrated lateral productivity, strong operator programs, and multi-zone stacking potential. We have evaluated more transactions in the Permian than any other basin and maintain deep familiarity with its royalty and title landscape.

02

Delaware Basin

West Texas / New Mexico

Target Formations

Bone Spring / Wolfcamp / 2nd Bone Spring

Key Operators

Coterra, Occidental, Devon, Permian Resources

The Delaware sub-basin spans the Texas-New Mexico border and has emerged as one of the most capital-efficient development plays in the country. We target mineral and working interest positions under operators with proven completion designs and consistent type curve performance. New Mexico's royalty framework and regulatory environment are well understood by our team.

03

DJ Basin

Colorado

Target Formations

Niobrara / Codell

Key Operators

Civitas, Chevron, SRC Energy

The DJ Basin offers a mature, well-characterized development program anchored by the Niobrara and Codell formations. Civitas and Chevron operate the majority of active development, and their completion programs are among the most consistent in the basin. We evaluate DJ positions with particular attention to surface use agreements, setback regulations, and the evolving Colorado regulatory environment.

04

Powder River Basin

Wyoming

Target Formations

Niobrara / Mowry / Turner / Parkman

Key Operators

Devon, Chesapeake, Anschutz

The Powder River Basin is an emerging unconventional play with multiple stacked targets and a long runway of development ahead. We approach PRB acquisitions with a longer time horizon and higher geological scrutiny than our other basins, given the earlier stage of development. Wyoming's mineral title framework is straightforward, and the basin's operator base is consolidating around a small number of well-capitalized programs.

What We Look for in Every Basin

01

Proven formation productivity with multi-well type curve history

02

Active development programs from operators with strong completion track records

03

Clean title with no material encumbrances or depth limitations

04

Production history sufficient to support independent EUR estimation

05

Royalty and regulatory landscape we understand and can underwrite
